Christopher Farah, founding Partner of Farahs Legal, brings over a decade of expertise as a skilled commercial litigator. With a career forged in complex commercial and civil disputes, Christopher’s knowledge spans corporate law, shareholder and contractual disputes, property law, financial disputes, insolvency, building and construction and appeals. Christopher has represented clients in various jurisdictions including Federal and State courts throughout all of Australia, the Court of Appeal and the High Court of Australia. Christopher has provided advice to clients and other law firms in Asia and Europe.
