Christopher Farah

Christopher Farah is the founding Principal of Farahs Legal and an experienced commercial litigator who has acted in complex commercial and civil disputes since 2012. His expertise covers corporate matters, shareholder disputes, contractual issues, banking and finance litigation, property disputes, and appeals. Christopher is a trusted solicitor and advisor to clients and businesses navigating intricate legal challenges.

His practice includes advising clients pre-litigation, representing them in court, and negotiating resolutions through alternative dispute resolution mechanisms. Christopher has appeared before major courts such as the Supreme Courts of New South Wales and Victoria, the Federal Court of Australia, and the High Court of Australia. He frequently briefs senior and junior counsels and plays a key role in mediation and litigation across both federal and state courts.

Known for his thorough approach and commitment to achieving favorable outcomes, Christopher prioritizes his clients’ commercial interests at every stage.

He holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce from Bond University and is an active member of the Law Society of NSW. Christopher remains dedicated to delivering strategic, results-driven legal solutions for even the most demanding matters.
