Brittany Herron

Brittany is a driven solicitor focused on commercial litigation, leasing, and civil disputes. Brittany is highly committed to her client’s interests and has already been involved in various complex disputes.

Brittany Herron

Brittany is a junior lawyer working predominantly in commercial litigation and disputes.

Brittany was admitted to practise in the Supreme Court of NSW in November 2023. Since then, Brittany has been hands on and has gained valuable experience as a solicitor in a variety of areas including commercial litigation, commercial leasing, administrative disputes and family disputes.

Despite only practising for a short time, Brittany has also had significant involvement in large scale commercial disputes including instructing counsel in the Supreme Court of Victoria on a shareholder oppression claim.

Brittany graduated from Australian Catholic University in 2023 with a double degree in Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Psychological Science. During university, Brittany was the recipient of the Executive Dean Commendation from 2019 to 2022 and awarded the Executive Dean Award for Academic Excellence upon graduating in 2023.
